Landscaper accused of machete attack

Forty-two-year-old landscaper, Moses Wilmott of Preston Hill, St Mary, has been charged with wounding with intent after a chopping incident in his community on Monday.
Reports from the Port Maria police are that at 5 p.m., Moses and a man had a dispute, which escalated into a fight. It is reported that during the fracas, Moses used a machete to inflict chop wounds to the other man's body. The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the injured man was assisted to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
Moses was arrested and charged after he was implicated during the investigation. His court date is being finalised.
