Gov't launches Support Jamaica website for Melissa relief

Information Minister Dr Dana Morris Dixon on Tuesday announced the launch of supportjamaica.gov.jm, the Government's official platform for Hurricane Melissa relief.

Morris Dixon said the platform will be used to mobilise donations, track emergencies, and coordinate recovery efforts following the hurricane.

She warned the public to avoid fake fundraising sites not ending in .gov.jm.

The information minister was speaking at a news conference on Tuesday.
