Holness swearing-in ceremony gets dancehall treatment
Dancehall will take center stage at King's House this afternoon when Dr Andrew Holness is sworn in as Prime Minister, with a star-studded line-up of artistes set to perform at the historic event.
The ceremony which is scheduled for 4 p.m. at King's House in St Andrew, will see performances from Nesbeth, Agent Sasco, Christopher Martin, and Mr Vegas.
Nesbeth, who is a repeat performer at the event, having performed in 2016 when Holness was sworn in for a second time as prime minister, is down to perform his 2015 hit song My Dream.
Guests will also hear Agent Sasco's Banks of the Hope, Martin's hit I'm a big deal and Mr Vagas' I am blessed.
Vegas told The STAR that he was in attendance to support Holness, declaring that it is "one of the greatest days of my life".
