‘Nose’ charged with robbing man at gun point

A St James labourer is facing assault and robbery charges after an incident on Howard Cooke Boulevard in the parish on Saturday, June 11.

Reports are that about 6:30 a.m., Dave Livingston, 39, otherwise called 'Nose', of Maroon Town, was among men armed with a firearm and knives who robbed a man of $32,000. The man was also hit in the face.

A report was made to the police and on Sunday, June 19, about 5:30 p.m., the man saw Livingston and pointed him out to the police as one of the men who robbed him.

Livingston was arrested and subsequently charged with robbery with aggravation and assault at common-law. His court date is being finalised.
