Court hears that gang leader’s woman beat him
There was laughter in the Home Circuit Court yesterday after an alleged top-tier member of the Clansman-One Don Gang was heard telling others that incarcerated reputed strongman Tesha Miller was regularly beaten by his woman.
City Puss, the alleged second in command of the One Don Gang, a breakaway faction of Clansman, made the admission during the playing of one of the secretly recorded conversations yesterday. He could not stop laughing as he conversed with lone female defendant, Stephanie 'Muma' Christie, who recorded the conversations, while admitting that he had intervened and warned the girl to stop the abuse.
"A nuff time me go ova deh an page him and tell de gal seh di next time mi hear sey yuh and di man have nutten, ova yah mi ago shoot yuh in a yuh b*******th," he said. "A him affi a beg fi di gal and it look like di gal nuh f*** fi lick him inna him eye. Look like him eye ever bloodshot." He also said that he saw the woman, who they called 'Match Match', wrap Miller's head "inna so-so brassiere and tights". Some of the defendants also chuckled in court. City Puss also said that Miller was seen wearing a handkerchief over his eye, it was because he was hit in it.
"One day mi a go doctor and see him and a sey 'A whappen to yuh dawg?' Wey yuh a cova yuh face suh?' And him say a juk some baddi juk him inna him eye," City Puss recalled during the 45-minute long conversation as he and Christie chuckled. City Puss further disclosed that someone by the name of 'Shortie' confirmed that it was Miller's lover who had battered him.
The trial will continue today.
