White Dreams for New Year’s Eve

Mongoose Restaurant and Lounge, Ocho Rios, will present White Dreams, its third annual New Year's Eve ball, at its 52 Main Street location.

The event, which was bigger last year than it was at its inauguration, starts at 9:30 p.m. and is being presented under the theme, 'Make Your Dream a Reality'.

White Dreams is an all-white affair and patrons are encouraged to dress to match that theme, though it's not

mandatory. Ladies will be

treated royally once again, and will be served complimentary champagne at midnight.

White Dreams is a welcomed addition to the many New Year's Eve events along Jamaica's north coast, and Ocho Rios in particular. According to proprietor of Mongoose Restaurant, Les Thomas, the event presents a fabulous way to shed the old year and ring in the new.

"The ambience is awesome, the food is always excellent, and because we're located in the heart of Ocho Rios, it suits walk-in patrons, ideally. I'm encouraging people to come on out and celebrate with us. It's going to be great!" Thomas said.

Music for the event will be provided by Blacka British, DJ Ian, and Crystal sound system.
